In the event of an emergency and a student needs to leave the class; we will save them a seat for the next class.

Safety Violations:

Shot Right Training Academy reserves the right to remove any student from a class that is not willing to train or participate in the entirety of the curriculum.  We will not refund anyone's money if they fail to accomplish course objectives.  Why?  Because if a student fails a class; then we as instructors have failed them.  We commit to train each student to the best of our ability and to ensure; they complete all tasks and course objectives.  Note:  If a student is removed from a class for a safety violation, we will happily refund them 50% of the cost.  Safety is paramount, and we DO NOT allow horseplay and childish behavior during our courses; especially on the range.

If a student feels that they have not received the training described or advertised; they will have an opportunity to make their case at the end of class with the owner.  Remember, we ask all of our student's to arrive with a Positive Mental Attitude and the willingness to learn.  We genuinely believe in total participant involvement, so we all learn collectively as a class.  We are all lifelong students and instructors; who come from various professional backgrounds, and we have much to learn from one another.
